About Lack’s Cleaning Service

Lack’s Cleaning Service is not a budget cleaning company, we’re a quality cleaning company. We use green clean products whenever possible. These products have no soaps, no perfumes and no dyes so not only will they not leave behind a residue, they won’t irritate allergies and are completely safe for pets and children.

We don’t cut corners, we clean them. We use a rotary assist wand as opposed to the standard cleaning wand. This rotary extraction gets a much deeper clean by cleaning all sides of the carpet fibers. It cleans 10 times better than the standard wand.

We don’t believe in bait and switch tactics that many other carpet cleaning companies use. We’ll give you a price before we start any work and we stick to that price no matter what!

Dennis Lack

Dennis was the owner/operator of Quality Carpet Care in Dickinson, North Dakota for 19 years before selling the business and moving to Arizona in 2002. After looking around at other carpet cleaning companies, Dennis realized that none existed that had his same philosophy of customer service; the client is more than a client, they’re a friend. So he decided to start all over again with Lack’s Cleaning Service where “Quality Counts and Customer Service Matters!” Dennis is a IICRC certified Master Technician.

Jerrod Lack

Jerrod is Dennis’s oldest son and has been working with Dennis since the age of 4. At 10 Jerrod was running the equipment and by 14 was running his own truck. That’s tons of experience! And Jerrod holds the same customer service philosophy that this company was built on. Jerrod is a IICRC certified Journeyman.

Now Jerrod runs the office while Dennis runs the trucks. For them, it’s about more than just the cleaning, it’s about creating an experience. They continually search for new ways to give you more value for your money.
